We want you to be pleased with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied. Please contact us within 4 days of your order’s delivery date to arrange an exchange or return.
Returns or Exchange
Customer is responsible to return the item before 10 days of the delivery date .
If the item is received after 10 days a store credit will be issued.

You will be responsible for the return shipping method and costs for returning your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We stand behind our products and will replace any item that is defective or damaged. Please contact us right away to coordinate a replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@vorimose.com.
